as for anime/manga i've watched/read: naruto, deathnote, loveless are my favorites to roleplay. there are plenty of others, but those are the top three. i realize naruto is rather formulaic, but it makes for a good AU and passes the time... :3

I'm a fan of Naruto as well. I no longer watch it, but I read it. You're right about it being a good background for roleplays, though. :3

What pairings do you like? I've been waiting for a little while to try and find a // Naruto rp. I like regular and AU plots, so maybe we could start something?

8D reeeallly!? i've been looking for one too! i do anything, really - but mostly m//. my favorites are narusasu/sasunaru (fangirl i know, eck), narugaa/gaanaru, itasasu, orosasu :3 any akatsuki pairing too. AU's are also fun - like weird fantasy ones that incorporate some of the ninja stuff - i dunno. i'm down for anything. ^^;

How about a narusasu/sasunaru one? It has been sooooo long since I've done one of those.

And I'm cool with the ninja stuff incorporated into AU. It adds for a bit more excitement.

for settings i've done boarding schools, where either all of the students have gifted tendencies or only a few do and no one knows about it...or no fantasy stuff at all. then i've done big city stuff, where they're either creatures of the night or they still host demons in a modern world. i dunno. i'm bad at being creative sometimes.
